- preparation of cash flow budgets for a specified period, incorporating several sensitivity analysis projections based on the critical business variables.
- preparation of financial statement projections for a specified period, incorporating full sensitivity analysis around critical variables, in order to demonstrate ongoing viability.
- scoping and preparation of full business plans, incorporating financial and cash flow projections for at least a five year period.
- scoping and development of single language and/or multi-lingual web sites focussing on Australia and the Greater China region, incorporating full live testing of the site and the contact forms for each language version.
- ongoing maintenance of such web sites.
- providing English language “proofing” services to assist non-English speakers with the launch of an English language web site and/or the English language translation of instruction manuals and other ancillary documentation.
