Our due diligence and advisory services include:
- detailed documentation due diligence to ensure that contractual documentation is equitable to all parties.
- forensic financial tracing exercise to establish source of fund inflows and final destination of fund outflows.
- forensic review of all corporate records, including financial records, in order to reconstruct records lost (where applicable) and including liaison with external legal advisors and external auditors as required.
